During a Sonic Flow - Sound Bath Experience, we may use a combination of Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, a Crystal Harp and a variety of exquisite Gongs and other traditional Instruments to fill the room and the indivi

As feelings and tensions are stirred and released, a deep state of relaxation and bliss can fill the void, right down to a cellular level.

I am proud to share more than a decade of study under some of the masters of Sonic Healing, Meditation, Vedic Mantra and Yoga Therapy from India, Nepal and the United States

Based in Burbank California from 2005 to 2020 I logged more than 17,000 hours teaching group and private lessons from my school Yoga Jaya.

Christen Leigh Adams

As a former professional athlete David started practicing Yoga and Mindful Meditations in 1991. Studying in Chennai, India and Kathmandu, Nepal has been has been a highlight of his career as a teacher.

Christen Leigh Adams

Christen has been practicing and teaching Yoga and Guided Meditation since 2012. Her recent Bachelor of Science in Alternative Medicine from Everglades University is a statement of her dedication for life-long health.
